Shipping and Delivery

At Hunter and Company PLC, we understand the importance of timely and secure deliveries. That's why we have partnered with CityPak, a reliable third-party delivery company, to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

Our delivery services are available island wide, and we offer a door-to-door delivery within 2-3 working days. If you are located in Colombo, we also provide next-day delivery options. We take every precaution to ensure that your products are delivered safely and securely, and we make a second delivery attempt if the customer is not available or reachable during the first attempt.

During certain promotional periods, we offer free shipping for orders that meet a minimum value. Our shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Please note that shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment and the delivery address.

To optimize your shipping fees, we recommend grouping your items in one order. If orders are placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each order.

Please note that while we take special care to protect fragile objects, your package will be dispatched at your own risk. Nonetheless, we strive to provide the best delivery experience possible.
