RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Hunters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For returns, please return the item/s to us in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and a store credit note will be issued after 7 days of receipt of the item/s. All returns are to be notified in writing within 7 days from date of receipt. Date of receipt is determined as the date our courier officially delivers the order to the address specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
Hunters retains full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Bath products, worn, washed, used, final sale items purchased with codes cannot be exchanged.
Refunds would be made on the original account which you have made the payment between 7- 14 business days once the goods are received to our stores and verified the condition by our technical team.
