Delivery

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the selected carrier. Special orders typically take upto 2 weeks to process and are shipped in 3-4 business days. However, please bear with us for any delays due to the prevailing crisis in the country. We value your support and will endeavour to do our best during this time.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hunters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For returns, please return the item/s to us in original condition within 7 days of receiving it and a store credit note will be issued after 7 days of receipt of the item/s. All returns are to be notified in writing within 7 days from date of receipt. Date of receipt is determined as the date our courier officially delivers the order to the address specified.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.

Hunters retains full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Bath products, worn, washed, used, final sale items purchased with codes cannot be exchanged.

Refunds would be made on the original account which you have made the payment between 7- 14 business days once the goods are received to our stores and verified the condition by our technical team.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. When sending returned items to us we recommend that you use registered tracking courier as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned. This may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please send your return items to:

Please note that if this option is selected at checkout your order process is only complete once Hunters has received proof of full payment and being verified by the bank. Customers have 3 business days to produce proof of full payment until which time your order will be held for you. Proof of payment must be sent via email to [email protected] If proof of full payment has not been received in 3 business days we cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected to purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY Hunters

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Hunters reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without prior notice. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Hunters.

BILLING

The price of our merchandise as mentioned is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Hunters reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.

PAYMENT

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases /services on hunters.lk you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Hunters. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done so as to ensure a safe and full proof online shopping environment to our users.

Hunters may employ third party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through electronic or through Cash on delivery transactions, as may be permitted by Hunters which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Products displayed on Hunters attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Hunters does not warrant that product description or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hunters is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us within 48 hours of receipt and Hunters vest the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. Hunters is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.

PRODUCT PRICING DISCLAIMER

The Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices that are available in stores. Prices shown on the website both for Sri Lanka and in other International Countries are subject to change without prior notice. These prices only reflect the MRP and do not include shipping and taxes which may be extra as applicable.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

If you use the Website as Registered User, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password.
